Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person engaging in the business of arranging sexual traffic, if there is a customer who wants to engage in sexual traffic while operating a marina business in the name of “E” on the Seo-gu F and 3 Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon.

On October 18, 2016, the Defendant received 110,000 won for sexual traffic from G visiting the said business establishment as a customer at around 23:38, 2016, and provided guidance to 4 times, and had H (A) female employees of Thailand nationality H (I) arrange for the sexual intercourse with the said G.

The Defendant, as well as the early May 2016, instructed unspecified men visiting the above E as customers in return for the price of 6-110,000 won from the unspecified men visiting the said E, and let female employees of Thailand engage in the act of similarity or sexual intercourse, which helps female workers of Thailand take the sexual flag of the male at his/her hand.

Defendant 1 arranged sexual traffic over approximately 450 times as a business with the foregoing method.

B. The Defendant promised K to divide the operating profits of commercial sex acts into two categories: (a) caused K to lease four rooms of officetels 606, 628, 635, and 1002 in Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon; and (b) published an advertisement in the name of “J” in the “L, etc.; and (c) allowed a large number of unspecified male customers who reported and contact with it to arrange commercial sex acts.

K was promised to receive commercial sex acts in installments, and on October 18, 2016, by promising to receive KRW 1.50,000 won from the police officer who visited the above businesses as customers, which are proposed to be customers, on October 18, 2016, and arranged commercial sex acts by providing guidance as 606 to the above Ftel in the atmosphere of commercial sex acts women B.
