Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not harm the identity of the facts charged and the defendant's right to defense, part of the facts charged was revised and stated in accordance with evidence.

The Defendant and B: (a) leased six rooms, including the total number of 322, 918, 1010, 1401, 1805, and 1921, and posted an advertisement of commercial sex acts on the Internet site “D”, “E”, “F”, and “G” on the website; and (b) had the contact customers, who have contacted with the said office; (c) received approximately KRW 14-200,000 of the price of commercial sex acts, and received approximately KRW 14-200,000,000 from customers waiting for the said office; and (d) conspired to arrange commercial sex acts by informing them of the room with commercial sex acts women and receiving commercial sex acts payment.

B The Defendant, in collusion with B on September 5, 2017, took charge of the overall management of a commercial sex business establishment, such as interview with employees engaged in commercial sex acts, male customer reception, and payment of commercial sex acts. The Defendant, in collusion with B, arranged to receive KRW 150,00 from 1,521 to 1,000 from 1,521 to 1,000 to 200,000 to 200,000,000 won of sexual sex trafficking women H and sexual intercourse in the atmosphere 1921. From June 201 to September 5, 2017, the Defendant was engaged in commercial sex acts by allowing female employees to have sexual intercourse with unspecified male customers by the same method, thereby obtaining profits of KRW 5,725,00.

Accordingly, the defendant conspireds with B to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
