Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months and by a fine of twenty-five thousand won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

On December 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) leased Nos. 301, 722, 1530, and 1226 of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Eteltel 101, 1108, 1112, 1303, 1309, 1312, and 1406 of the Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office’s F Officetel 101, 1108, 1112, 1309, 1312, and 1406; (b) employed female employees, such as G, H, and I, through the “J,” etc., which is the Internet site of the commercial sex acts; (c) advertised the commercial sex acts with the trade name of “K” and “L,” and (d) advertised the commercial sex acts with the female employees who were waiting for the commercial sex acts, thereby leading them to the similarity between the female employees and the female employees.

On March 27, 2017, the Defendant, along with D on March 27, 2017, directed the police officers, at the above Ftel 1108 where female employees I are engaged in sexual traffic, to induce them to engage in similar sexual intercourses by providing them with D, and in collusion with D, the Defendant arranged sexual traffics by the same method from the middle of December 2015 to March 27, 2017.
