Punishment of the crime

1. On June 11, 2019, Defendant A operated a key room with the trade name “E” in Daegu-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu Seoul-gu (hereinafter “E”), Defendant received 70,000 won per hour from F, which reported the advertisement on the Internet website, and arranged G (V, 23 years of age) who is female employees to engage in a similar act in the manner of putting the F’s sexual organ into his hand and scaming, and, from the end of August 2018 to June 11, 2019, Defendant A received the price of sexual traffic from many unspecified men and made them to engage in a similar act with female employees such as the above G, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
