Punishment of the crime

1. From February 3, 2013, Defendant A around the third floor of a building located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the third floor of the building in Gangseo-gu, Seoul, installed nine rooms in which simple beds and shower facilities are installed, and operated “D” under the trade name of “D.”
