Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 02:20 on December 16, 2012, the Defendant, upon receiving a report that the taxi costs were to be paid at a taxi rate on the front of the Seogu-dong 1086-12, Seogu-gu, Seogu, Daegu Police Station B District, Daegu Police Station B District, requested the victim to pay the taxi costs from the victim C, who is a police officer belonging to the Daegu Police Station B District of the Daegu Police Station B District, and the taxi engineer D to whom the victim was located, insulting the victim by openly taking a bath to “the victim, who was to whom the victim would have reached, and who was to have been employed, he was the victim’s age.”
