Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 5, 2013, 2015: 05:15, at the D convenience store located in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s convenience store business by force, such as the victim’s 30 minutes, by moving into the D convenience store in alcohol and moving out the friendship of other customers, and requesting the victim E, who is an employee.
