A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On April 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced by the Ulsan District Court to a punishment of ten months for fraud, etc., and the execution of the punishment was terminated on December 8, 2012 at the Seongbuk Detention House.

1. Around 15:50 on December 17, 2012, the Defendant: (a) caused damage to property, at the cooling point located in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-gu, “D convenience store”, “E, an employee, must make an account,” and (b) caused damage to E, by putting a 1 minute of the market value equivalent to 30,000 won, which was outside the above convenience store, while putting a bath to the said E as “the Chysia in filing a report.”

2. At around 02:30 on December 18, 2012, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim G in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, to leave the Defendant’s business operation for the purpose of having the Defendant go against his or her non-undercing the Defendant even though being drunk, and, (b) asked the Defendant to leave the Defendant, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s general restaurant business by: (c) threatening the victim as being in the form of a beer’s disease; (d) threatening the victim as being in the form of a beer; (e) threatening the victim’s beer; (e) threatening the victim’s beer; and (e) interfered with the victim’s general restaurant business by force of approximately 30 minutes, such as taking a stop and a beer’s disease on the bottom of the beer; and (e) harming the victim’s general restaurant business.

3. The Defendant assaulted the victim, “I (the age of 39) of G’s friendly arrest victim I (the age of 39)” in the same date and time as paragraph 2, at the same place, and at the same time and place as that of paragraph 2, “I must see the drinking value, I will see it, I must do so, I will see the victim’s breath, I will see the breath, I will see it, I will see the victim’s breath, I will see the breath, I will see the victim’s breath, and threaten the victim’s face.”

4. The Defendant, at the same time and place as in paragraph 2, is aware of the total amount of KRW 35,00 in the market price.
