A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall smoke or take in marijuana, and no person shall possess, possess, cultivate, give, receive, transport, keep, or use marijuana by any person other than a handler of narcotics.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Receipt of marijuana;

A. On March 2017, the Defendant received marijuana relief from C at the 111-dong 101’s residential premises located in Ansan-si, Ansan-si, and at the 111-dong 101’s residential premises, and received it.

B. On April 1, 2017, around 19:00, the Defendant received marijuana relief from C without compensation at the apartment house D in Ansan-si and at the residence of C in 1506 Dong 302, and received marijuana relief from C.

2. Smoking marijuana;

A. At the end of March 2017, the Defendant, along with C, smoked marijuana by inserting the marith of marijuana in the pipe of tobacco made of Aluminum aluminium in the residence specified in the above 1-B, and attaching a fire to each other, thereby spreading it.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with C, smoked marijuana.

B. At the end of March 2017, the Defendant smoked the marith amount of marijuana by inserting the marith amount into the pipe of tobacco made of Aluminum aluminium in the place of residence described in the foregoing paragraph 1(a) and attaching a fire to a smoke.

(c)

On April 2017, the Defendant: (a) smoked the maribage of marijuana in the air-driven fishing vessel, which was operated at the neighboring sea while departing from the territory of the Incheon Mapo-gu; and (b) smoked the maribage of marijuana more than seven times in total from the beginning of June of the same year to the early of June of the same year, as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Table.

(d)

On June 2017, the Defendant smoked ma’s non-ma’s ma’s non-ma’s ma’s ma’s ma’s accommodation in the same lake, which is located in the first apartment house, in the same manner as described in the foregoing 2-B

E. On June 2017, the Defendant smoked from marijuana in the same manner as described in the foregoing 2-B(b) at the residence indicated in the above 1-A police officer.
