A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of a sentence shall be suspended for a period of three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes committed on August 15, 2017;
A. On August 15, 2017, at the Defendant’s house located in Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 13:00, the Defendant altered official document: (a) took the Defendant’s passport (number: D; effective period; April 29, 2017); (b) taken the Defendant’s “E” in the name column in the name of the Minister for Foreign Transport and Transportation; (c) taken the Defendant’s “G” into the knife with the knife with the knife with the knife with the knife with the knife with the glife; and (d) written “K” in the same way as “K” written in the resident registration number column; and (c) written “A” in the same way as “N” written in the signature column of the holder after taking place in the same manner.
