Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant’s defamation against the victim C is a business owner running the store “E” at the first shopping mall in Suwon-gu, Suwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and the victim C (Nam and 67) is a business owner operating the store “F” in the same shopping mall.

On May 16, 2014, the Defendant injured the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false information in a way of openly delivering printed items indicating “4,500 won per piece of electric material type, etc., and the members of the members of the sales center,” although the victim did not sell 4,00 won per piece of electric material type, light light, etc., which is electric materials, to the management office G at the D apartment complex management office.”

B. 2. The Defendant’s defamation against the Victim K is not prosecuted by the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office on July 23, 2013, which filed a complaint against the Victim K (Nam and 61), the president of the said commercial building, who is operating the J in the said commercial building (hereinafter “J”).
