A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On January 7, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to an occupational breach of trust in the support for the development of the Suwon method, and completed the execution of the sentence on July 9, 2014.

[ criminal facts] The defendant is the representative director of B, and the freight 1.5 tons of C in this case is a business entry vehicle registered as B and owned by C.

On June 25, 2014, the above vehicle was delivered to Suwon District Court DD's voluntary auction application, and was kept in the Suwon World Cup stadium parking lot located in Suwon-gu, Suwon-si. However, on June 25, 2015, the Defendant in collusion with E and filed a report on the loss or theft of the above vehicle's business license plate, and transferred the above number plate to E, and the new registration number for the said vehicle was assigned.

1. No registration number plate and seal attached to a motor vehicle shall be removed without permission from the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Transport and Maritime Affairs of the National Land under the Motor Vehicle Management Act;

Nevertheless, on June 10, 2015, the Defendant removed the next number plate of the said vehicle from the Suwon World Cup parking ground located in Suwon-si, with a view to reporting the loss or theft of the registration number plate of the freight 1.5 tons E and the said C Ma C 1.5 tons.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with E, removed a registration number plate attached to a motor vehicle without permission from the Mayor/Do Governor.

2. On June 10, 2015, the Defendant reported the loss of the registration number plate of the said C Freight at the NPC station located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and received a certificate of the report of loss from the relevant job, and issued it to E.

E On May 11, 2016, the following day after the date, at the registered place of business in the Si/Gun/Gu-si, Kupo-dong, Kupo-si, the receipt of the loss report issued by false loss report is delivered to the employee in charge of the name in the above place of business, and the said employee is required to register the vehicle of the above cargo vehicle.
