A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a maximum of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes, or for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and one year and six months for a short term of one year and one year for a short term. 【Criminal Facts】

1. On May 13, 2019, the Defendant discovered a vehicle not corrected as indicated in the separate crime list from around April 10, 2019 to June 10, 2019, the Defendant discovered a theft of property amounting to KRW 6,934,000 in total eight times in total, from around 03:39, around the Cdong Parking Lot of Kimhae-si, and opened an unlocked door to the victim D’s car owned by the said victim D, and did not lock, but did not have to open a lock door to the victim’s car parking lot at around 02:0 on June 10, 2019, and did not have any other stolen property owned by the said victim, but did not have any other stolen property owned by the said passenger.
