Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the honoror, and C is a contractor who operates a sub-speak factory in mutual name.

However, the above certificate of self-payment is a false document made as if the defendant paid the self-payment although the defendant did not pay the self-payment.

On November 15, 2012, the Defendant, by submitting false documents, by deceiving a public official in charge of the distribution of agricultural food in Naju City and the grant of the grant of the special grant of agricultural products, thereby receiving KRW 15 million from the Naju City to the Agricultural Cooperative Account (G) in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the constructor C, received the subsidy of 15 million won.

On June 2013, the Defendant paid 15.8 million won to the public official in charge of energy use efficiency projects at the Jeju-si Food Industry and the Gangwon-si Office of Seoul Special Food and Drug, “The Defendant paid 3,160,000 won for the total cost of the project cost of the Do, 948,000 won for the Do, 948,000,000 won for the Si, and the 8,532,000 won for the city, and completed the project for the dura.”
