A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
To the extent that it does not substantially disadvantage the defendant's exercise of his/her right to defense, the following facts charged are organized and recognized as follows:
1. On December 2010, the Defendant submitted an application document for the recruitment at the office of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, and submitted an altered certificate of career as shown above to the person in charge of employment under his/her name, who is aware of the alteration and submitted a revised certificate of career as if he/she were a genuine document, after arbitrarily holding the original career certificate of the Defendant issued under the name of the Minister of Knowledge Economy on a computer screen and arbitrarily inserting the image file, which was issued on the computer screen, the date of issuance on April 7, 2009.
As such, around December 2010, the Defendant altered and used a career certificate under the name of the Minister of Knowledge Economy, which is an official document, from that time to March 2012, and thereafter changed the six official documents by way of printing out the image files of the career certificate stored after entering the date of issuance in around December 2010, as described in attached Table 1, as shown in attached Table 2010, and exercised the altered official document as if it were the authentic document.
2. The Defendant who altered the private document or altered the private document shall keep the original career certificate of the Defendant issued in the name of the representative director of the KBS Internet in the front and middle of July 2009, in the computer screen, and erases the image file “from June 08, 2002 to October 31, 2003” in the column of service period from the computer board to make a correction “from September 20, 2000 to April 7, 2006 (5 July 7, 2006)” and then print it into the screen, and then print it into the screen, which is for reconciliation at the end of March 30-1, 200-1.
