Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the actual representative of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Dispute Resolution Co., Ltd. and D is the management team leader of the above company.
1. From March 30, 2015 to 20:00, the Defendant: (a) submitted a guaranty insurance policy that entered into a supervision agreement at the office of the KCAB and received payment payment; and (b) was unable to obtain the said securities due to tax in arrears; (c) was able to request a document forgery business operator on his name, which was known through the Internet search, to forge the said securities to forge the said securities.

2.
