1. The defendant,
A. As to KRW 17,563,360 among Plaintiff A and KRW 3,00,000 among them, KRW 14,563,360 shall be applicable to Plaintiff A.
Reasons
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The land survey division prepared during the Japanese occupation period, a land assessment title: S and address: the land survey division written in the Japanese occupation period, which is the land assessment title, stated that Tju-gun, Gyeonggi-do, U.S. 827 was assessed on May 25, 1913.
B. 1) On August 1, 1961, the assessment land was pointed out in the area of 556 square meters prior to the Gyeonggi-gun, Gyeonggi-gun, and 187 square meters prior to W. 3) On the old land cadastre of each of the instant lands, AB located in Gyeonggi-do AB, and the registration of ownership preservation was completed on September 20, 1973 under the said AB’s name, and on April 9, 1974, the registration of ownership transfer was completed in the name of the Republic of Korea. Each of the instant lands was incorporated into the river area of Gongcheoncheon-cheon, a national river, and Gong Mancheon-cheon was incorporated into the river area of Gongcheon-do, a national river, and the title and section was designated under the title and section of the land as of April 1, 1963 as of "Yyang-do Goyang-gun, Gocheon-gun, Gocheon-do, Gocheon-gun, Gocheon-gun, Gocheon-gun, Gocheon-gun, Gocheon-do."
