A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, who had worked as an employee for about one year from the “C” operated by the victim B, was killed in the C office, and has taken the mind to steals the goods.

1. On December 6, 2016, around 20:50 on December 6, 2016, the Defendant: (a) went into a warehouse by using a cre in which surveillance by the victims B and employees was neglected; and (b) thereby making it hidden in the warehouse by using a cre in which surveillance by the victims B and employees was neglected.

After that, the defendant entered the C office using the gap of the victim B and his employees, and opened a safe door to use the password that the defendant knew at the time he would work as an employee, with 20,000 won in cash owned by the victim B, 1 deposit passbook in the name of the victim E, 1 deposit passbook in Gwangju bank in the name of the victim Eul, 1 deposit passbook in the name of the victim G, and 4,50,000 won in the market price of the victim B, attached to the wall of the office, was removed.

The Defendant continued to drive one of the above passenger vehicles, after checking that there is a smart key equivalent to KRW 650,000 in the market price of KRW 20,000,000, which is owned by the victim B, who was parked in C, in the vehicle at C, and after having confirmed that there is a smart key equivalent to KRW 650,000 in the market price.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night and stolen the victims' property.

2. On December 6, 2016, around 21:04-21:08, the Defendant confirmed that the password was entered on the two back of the passbook of the deposit that was stolen, as described in paragraph 1, at “the front point of the 365 open coper in Gwangju bank” located near Gwangju Northern-gu, Gwangju-gu, 235, and then cut off KRW 6 million in total from the bank account in the name of Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, Gwangju-gu, the Defendant continued to collect KRW 3 million in cash owned by the victim, from the bank account in the name of Gwangju-gu, and then cut off KRW 9 million in total by withdrawing KRW 3 million in cash owned by the victim from the deposit account in the name of Gwangju-gu.
