A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who works as a life rehabilitation team leader in the “C” to protect intellectual disabilities and self-defensive persons with disabilities in North Korea-gu B at port.

From November 9, 2018 to January 28, 2018, the Defendant: (a) laid off one check card connected to G’s H account (Account Number: I); and (b) withdrawn KRW 1,00,000 in cash from the cash payment instrument installed at the head office of the Victim F association located in the north-gu, Posi-gu; and (c) cut off the sum of KRW 41,372,000 in cash of the victims from November 9, 2018 to January 28, 2019 in the same manner as indicated in the attached list of crimes (2).

2. The Defendant’s fraud by using computers, etc. is a victim G at the “C” office as described in the above 1-A around November 7, 2018.
