A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 19, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of one year by imprisonment with prison labor for special bodily injury, etc. at the Gwangju District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 27, 2017.

(4.29 openings), J. 4 (4.12.), K (4.4, 6, 6, 6, 4, 6, 6, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, 4, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, 4, 6, 6, 4, 6, and 4,016.

2. No person who violates the Electronic Financial Transactions Act shall transfer or acquire any medium, etc. access to electronic financial transactions;

A. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the calendar point of the Gwangju Northern Bank located in the Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju District; (b) transferred (i) through Gwangju Bank (W) and cash cards, etc. in the name of Gwangju Bank; and (iii) transferred the electronic financial transaction access medium.

B. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around the calendar point of the Gwangju Northern Bank located in the Gwangjubuk-gu, Gwangju District; and (b) transferred the electronic financial transaction access media in the name of Gwangju Bank (X), cash card, etc. (e.g., the head of the Gwangju Bank (X) and the cash card.
