1. Defendant A

A. On December 1, 2015, at around 21:00 to 23:30, the Defendant opened a gambling place for the purpose of profit-making by making the said G et al. al. stay in the above B’s residence located in the Busan Shipping Daegu K2, Busan, and allowing the said G et al. to gamble “Ado private key” in the above manner, and removing the term “Adoh” from it.

B. On December 2, 2015, at around 21:00 to 23:30, the Defendant opened a gambling place for the purpose of profit-making by allowing the said G, etc. to do so by means of the foregoing manner, and removing the her prompt name “Adog” from the said G, etc. to do so.
