Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, along with C (the same day’s non-detained) and D (the same day’s summary ceremony), conspiredd to open gambling for profit in the Defendant’s house management plan located in Gyeongbuk-gun E; C recruited people as a “ware”, managed gambling progress and money; D provided coffee, food, etc. in a gambling place as a “spawn” and the Defendant shared each other’s role by receiving KRW 100,000 from the place.

The Defendant, together with C and D, was aware of the Defendant’s house from April 17, 2017 to April 23:15 of the same day from around 22:30 to around the same day.

Defendant B, along with F, G (an indictment of non-detention on the same day), H, I (former summary on the same day), and J (Suspension of Prosecution on the same day) from April 17, 2017 to April 23:15 of the same day, the Defendant: (a) from around 22:30 on April 17, 2017 to around 23:15 of the same day, she saw a maximum of KRW 500,00 for one time using the 51 scam in its house management plan; and (b) 5 she saw a scam for the first floor of the high scam; and (c) 6 she divided the remaining persons into two scams on the top of the high scam for about 10 scam by raising the money on the scam.
