A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for nine years.

The defendant shall order the completion of the sexual assault treatment program for 200 hours.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was in office as a middle school teacher from March 2013 to August 31, 2014, and became aware of the victim B (the name of the family, the female, and the age of 13) who was enrolled in the first year of the same school.

The defendant knew that the victim's sexual identity and values are good and not mature and that he could not easily refuse or resist his demand due to his sexual identity and values, and had the mind to have sexual intercourse and indecent act with the victim using such superior position.

1.
