A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months and by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 19, 2019, from around 18:12 to around 19:22, the Defendant committed assault against the victim, such as: (a) the police officer, who was called up, after receiving 112 notification that “C” in front of the restaurant “C” in Pyeongtaek-si; and (b) the police officer E, who was called up, used the pertinent police officer’s scambbling to have the Defendant returned to the Defendant; (c) the police officer, at his own hand, pushed down the body of the said police officer; (d) the police officer, carried the arms on her chest; and (e) the police officer, who was worn on her chest, kicked with the kick, sckeing the kick, scke, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.

3.
