1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000;

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, from December 2, 2013 to June 2014, served as the president of the council of occupants' representatives of Namyang-si, Namyang-si.

1. The Defendant interferes with his duties;

A. On July 17, 2014, around 09:30, ten apartment residents with ten apartment residents supporting the defendant enter the apartment management office, and interferes with the affairs concerning apartment management of the victims by force by preventing the victims from performing their duties by occupying the victims’ jobs, and by obstructing them from doing so. The victim D (the 35 years old), who is an employee in charge of the apartment management office, and the victim E (the 27 years old), who is an employee in charge of the general affairs of the apartment management office.

B. On July 30, 2014, around 10:00, ten apartment residents of the above apartment, and four employees of the Aju Management Corporation, an apartment management office, the defendant independently contracted by the defendant, enter the apartment management office, and sent notice of termination of the above and entrusted management contract to the victim G (the victim G, the head of the management office of the apartment management office, despite having been given notice of termination to the above and entrusted management contract, the victim G still is managing the apartment management, and the victim G, who is the head of the management office of the apartment, has the quality of his/her hand over to the victim G, and "if the head of the drinking house 480,000,000 won, has been seated due to d, D, and E, it interferes with the victim's apartment management affairs by force outside the management office, and interferes with the victims' apartment management affairs;

C.
