1. The Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

2. The Defendants did not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants are co-owners of the Jtel in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, and Defendant A is the chairperson of the Emergency Countermeasure Committee.

On April 9, 2013, the Defendants: (a) in the process of selecting a new controlled entity due to the expiration of the K’s contract term, which is the former managing entity of the instant officetel, the L, which is the current managing entity, was unfairly selected as a controlled entity; and (b) requested the victim N, who is the management office, to allow the perusal of the details of the management expenses, the details of the maintenance expenses, the resident representative meeting minutes, and the contract document kept in the management office office, but refused several times; and (c) the victims N, who want to hold meetings at the meeting room of the representative of residents located in the management office, did not open a door to the management office office.

On April 9, 2013, from around 15:25 to 22:00 on the same day, the Defendants occupied the above office at the office of the management office of the above officetel, and from around two victims, who are employees of the above management office under the name-free transaction. Defendant A, B, and C demanded to peruse the management expenses, etc. outside the above management office, and prevented the victim N and the management office employees from entering the above office. Defendant D, E, and B, and C, opened the entrance door to prevent the victims and the above office security personnel from entering the office when entering and leaving the office.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to interfere with the management of the instant officetels for about 6 hours and 35 minutes by force.
