Punishment against the Defendants shall be prescribed as a fine of one million won.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

From October 21, 2015 to around 13:50 on October 21, 2015, the Defendants, “2016 High 354,” prevented the victim S, a complaint for managing the above apartment, and the victim E, the chairperson of the election management office, from entering the management office by saving residents from around 15:30 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants committed an act of managing the apartment of the victim S and the preparation for the same representative election of the victim E by force.

1. Joint crimes committed by the Defendants

A. On October 5, 2015, the Defendants conspired to commit a crime on or around October 5, 2015, and interfered with the victim’s apartment management work by force, such as embezzlement of apartment management expenses, and putting the victim’s grandchildren and clothes seated in the above management office, which were in charge of apartment management work at the building management office in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Seoul apartment management office, Nam-gu, Seoul apartment site management office.

B. On October 22, 2015, the Defendants conspireded to work at the entrance of the above C apartment management office around October 22, 2015, and interfered with the victim’s apartment management work by force, such as: “A victim S, who was working at the entrance of the above C apartment management office, is not qualified as a manager of the management affairs office, and he embezzled KRW 100 million, embling the victim’s clothes to prevent the victim from entering the management office.”
