Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is a person in charge of the employment of new staff as the branch E of the DNA branch, and the defendant B is the chief of the DNA branch E.

1. On June 2015, Defendant B and Defendant A employed one new employee of the D Jeonbuk Branch, according to Articles 7 and 12 of the Personnel Management Regulations, the appointment of employees shall be based on the open competitive recruitment examination. The open competitive recruitment examination is written, interview and physical examination, and in the case of public bonds for a small number of employees in each region, the appointment of employees shall be limited to three times or more of the number of employees upon the recommendation of the head of the branch office.
