Defendant

A shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Provided, That the above punishment shall be imposed against Defendant A for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 00:50 on July 13, 2015, Defendant A, who was under the influence of alcohol on the front of Pyeongtaek-si F and “G” heading on the front of the shoulder maloid, was set off to a mountain village with the lower part of the left side of the H district of Pyeongtaek-si Police Station, which was under the influence of the influence of alcohol, and damaged the c7,000 won at the market price.

Accordingly, the Defendant damaged the goods used by public offices.

2. 피고인들의 공동범행 피고인들은 제1항 기재 일시, 장소에서, 위와 같이 피고인 A가 순찰차량의 선바이저를 파손시킨 혐의로 평택경찰서 H지구대 소속 경장인 피해자 J로부터 현행범인체포를 당하게 되자, 피고인 A는 “씨발, 좆같다.”라고 욕설을 하며 피해자 J의 근무복 상의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고 손톱으로 목, 손가락, 양팔을 할퀸 다음, 옆에 있던 순경 K을 양손으로 밀쳐 넘어뜨리고, 피고인 B은 이에 합세하여 피해자 J의 멱살을 잡아 흔들고, 양손으로 K의 앞가슴을 수회 밀쳤다.
