1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,294,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 25, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant entered into a contract for construction works with respect to the civil engineering works on the land C during the period from May 2014 to May 2015, and completed the ground destruction, soil transportation, and new construction works on the surface of the law. The construction cost is KRW 35,294,00.

B. In addition, the Plaintiff lent KRW 2 million to the Defendant on August 25, 2014.

C. The Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff KRW 20 million out of the total amount of construction price and loans KRW 37,294,000,000, up to August 7, 2015.

Therefore, the Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff delay damages at the rate of 15% per annum from February 25, 2017 to the day of complete payment, as claimed by the Plaintiff, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, as the construction cost, etc., and after the due date, from February 25, 2017 to the day of full payment.
