A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 6,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CK5 cars. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of CK5 cars.

Accordingly, at around 16:00 on the same day, B appeared in the wooden Police Station Calculation box at 82 at the level of 16:00 on the same day, and made a false statement as if he had caused an accident while driving.

Accordingly, the defendant is the defendant B.
