Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the parking agency business under the trade name B of the corporation at the Incheon State supply port.

1. On January 14, 2019, the Defendant violated the Special Act on Insurance Fraud Prevention: (a) around 05:40, the Defendant was driving a Chyd vehicle, the customer of which is commissioned to park as an agent, without obtaining a driver’s license, at one lane near the Incheon Airport located in the Jung-gu Incheon Airport No. 424-ro 60, Jung-gu, Incheon; and (b) caused a traffic accident that shocks to the Incheon Airport.

The defendant conspiredd to receive insurance money through a consignment agency insurance contract that D entered into with E Co., Ltd., by pretending that D was involved in a traffic accident while driving without a license, between D and D in a de facto marital relationship to avoid disadvantage due to a unauthorized driving.

Accordingly, the defendant, when D arrives at the accident site along with D's staff F, left the accident site, and D stated that D had shocked the D's day while driving the police officer called to the accident site while dealing with traffic accidents remaining at the accident site along with the above F.

In addition, D returned to the Gtel parking lot with the same day office, and received a false insurance accident by phone to the customer center of the E Company while driving the vehicle.

As such, the Defendant, in collusion with D, by deceiving the staff in charge of E Co., Ltd., and thereby, attempted to obtain 47 million won in total from the victim for repair costs of C Aridi vehicles and road facilities, but attempted to commit an attempted crime.

2. Around 05:40 on January 14, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act: (a) while driving a C Awdddi-car car on a one-lane route near the Incheon Jung-gu Airport located in 424-ro 60, Jung-gu, Incheon Airport, which caused damage to the repair cost by neglecting the direction of progress by neglecting the duty of care.

3. The defendant violating the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) shall be the Incheon without obtaining a driver's license on the date and time specified in paragraph (2).
