A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A person who violates the Road Traffic Act (after-accident) is a person who is engaged in driving of a three-dimensional motor vehicle;

The Defendant: (a) while driving a vehicle without a driver’s license as described in paragraph (1) and had concerns over being punished for the escape days after causing a traffic accident; and (b) requested the police investigation on behalf of the Defendant, thereby allowing D to make a false confession.

On June 27, 2017, the Defendant had D investigate the instant case at the expenses of the Gwangju Mine Police Station and the E Team office around around 14:50.
