Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is the spouse of the United States Armed Forces Camp Capitalls affiliated with the United States Armed Forces in the United States of America who is engaged in driving of the Category D C having been driving of the Motor Vehicle.
