A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, on September 2017, posted on the Internet website Ber on the Internet website in contact with the victim D (35 tax) through Twitter posts stating that “a person who shall commit suicide is required”, and the Defendant prepared a smoke, picture, etc., and decided to commit a accompanied suicide by the victim, such as preparing vehicles.

On September 8, 2017, the Defendant: (a) boarded the victim in the vicinity of Mapo-gu Seoul Mapo-gu, Seoul; (b) moved the victim to the Incheon Gyeyang-gu, where C along with the victim, and contacted C. However, C refused to commit suicide; (c) the Defendant and the victim did not receive any contact with the victim; (d) the Defendant and the victim purchased one copy of the water surface guidance at the nearby pharmacy of Gyeyang-gu, Incheon, Incheon; and (e) the Defendant purchased franchis, chemicals, soils, etc. from the ma in Incheon on the same day.

On September 8, 2017, the Defendant and the victim continued to move to 202 "G pention" located in F in the Gyeongsung City on September 19:18, 2017, and around 23:00 on the same day, the victim attempted suicide by putting the equipment and windows of the above pentan toilet with the hearing tape prepared in advance and using the burners, and then the Defendant and the victim attempted suicide by taking the exempted amount into account. Ultimately, the victim died of the victim’s suicide due to the calculic poisoning addiction around September 9, 2017.

As a result, the Defendant attempted to plan the method of suicide with the victim, to purchase the suicide tools, and to move to the place of suicide so as to facilitate the suicide of the victim, thereby aiding and abetting the suicide.
