A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

To the extent that it does not interfere with the defendant's right of defense, part of the facts charged was appropriately revised.

The Defendant, C, D, and E, who became aware of through the search of “inbound suicide” on the Internet website “former text,” was trying to commit suicide by forming an organization of Kakakao Stockholm.

Accordingly, on December 23, 2016, the Defendant purchased and prepared 10 eggs, B, C, C, C, C, C, C, E, and E, once, respectively, from water exemption necessary for suicide.

Around 23:41 on the same day, the Defendant, C, D, and E were accommodated in “G” 303, which is located in “G” F, Incheon Strengthening Group F, and received exemption from water, sealed the entrance as a tape. D, the Defendant, D, the Defendant, and C, D, and C, D, and E were attempted to commit suicide due to the addiction of the U.S.carbon by inserting the eropos, inserting the eropos, inserting the smoke into the eropos, and attaching the eropos to the eropos, but the Defendant, C, D, and E did not arrive at all on the wind salvaged by the police officers dispatched upon receipt of the report.

Accordingly, the defendant and C, D, and E conspired with each other to assist the other in suicide, but they were attempted to commit such suicide.

1. Articles 254, 252 (2) and (1), and 30 of the Criminal Act concerning the facts constituting an offense;

1. Articles 40 and 50 of the Commercial Concurrent Crimes Act (a punishment imposed on a crime of aiding and abetting suicide between crimes of each suicide, and a punishment imposed on a crime of aiding and abetting suicide committed against D of the largest criminal situation);

1. Reasons for sentencing under Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act (the conditions favorable to the following reasons for sentencing)

1. One year to ten years from the imprisonment with prison labor for a prison labor within the scope of punishment by law;

2. With respect to the scope of recommended punishment according to the sentencing criteria, the sentencing criteria are not set for offenses of aiding and abetting suicide.

3. The sentence shall take into account the following circumstances, and the age, sex, intelligence and environment of the accused, as well as the motive for the commission of the offence.
