Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the Defendants are above two years from the date of this judgment.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants and victims E (the age of 35) sent comments to the effect that they would invite persons to participate in suicide, as published in Twitter, and sent comments to each other, and discussed how to commit suicide with each other, such as usual depression, debt relationship, and family issues.

On January 19, 2018, the Defendants were able to commit suicide with the victim. On or around January 2018, Defendant A and Defendant B purchased smoke stombs, smoke stombs, gambling tape, and bags necessary for suicide. On or around January 20, 2018, Defendant A arrived at the “Nb” room of the H studs located in Kangyangyangyang-gun G by burning Defendant B, Defendant C, and the victim on the F strawet, which is owned by the above Defendant, around January 20, 2018, and the Defendants attempted suicide with the victim, but failed to put them into smoke.

On January 21, 2018, the Defendants continued to commit suicide at around 23:39, and Defendant A and Defendant B had the opening of the said room sealed the tape on the window mold by inserting it into a chemical in which the balls are laid off once again, and by laying the balls above it over, putting the door 1st annual 1 and the door panty containing a momoth on the gas. Defendant C and the victim sealed the tape on the window mold.

Since then, the Defendants, together with the victim, carried a large quantity of drinking materials and water surface guidance, divingd the victim on January 22, 2018, resulting in the victim's death of the victim as a carbon poisoning addiction around 13:45.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to assist the victim in committing suicide.
