A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant from March 2009 to Busan Young-gu Dtel 308 operated a merchandise coupon E, and purchased merchandise coupons from a merchandise coupon dealer, such as victim F and G, or sold merchandise coupons to them.

On May 16, 2012, the Defendant received KRW 100,000 (1,300) from the victim, “I”, a store selling merchandise coupons for the F operation of the victim F, located in the Busan-gu Busan-gu, that “I will supply merchandise coupons to manage funds by the pharmaceutical company, if it is necessary to supply merchandise coupons to the pharmaceutical company, and pay them by the date of payment.” The Defendant received KRW 130,000 (1,300,000) in total from the victim.

However, in fact, at the time when the defendant received merchandise coupons as above from the victim G, the defendant was in a close amount of the price for merchandise coupons to be paid to other merchandise coupon distributors, such as the victim G, and the financial status was extremely poor, so there was no intention or ability to pay the price even if the merchandise coupons are delivered by the victim

Accordingly, the Defendant, as seen above, obtained the victim F a total of KRW 769,750,000,000 from the time when the victim did not pay KRW 30,000 for merchandise coupons to the victim, from the time on which he did not pay KRW 30,00,00 for merchandise coupons to the victim, until February 1 of the same month, as shown in the attached list

On June 12, 2012, the Defendant stated that “Around June 12, 2012, the Defendant purchased 500,000 won merchandise coupons at 35,000 won at a discounted rate of 30% for 100,000 won for Eccuaia merchandise coupons at the cuadian store located in the department store located in the department store located in the Busan-gu Busan-gu Busan-gu, Busan-do, and that “The price shall be deposited by June 30, 2012.”

However, at the time, the Defendant had to pay the gift certificates amounting to KRW 767,00,000 in total to three gift certificates distributors such as F.
