A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defluence;

A. On October 8, 2016, the Defendant insultd the victim C by openly insulting the victim’s victim “Issen, Issen, Issen, Issen, Is, and 3 persons including G, in the case where the victim C’s speech F’s desire to find the Defendant, and is found to be in order to resist the victim’s desire to find the Defendant.”

B. At around 10:00 on October 8, 2016, the Defendant insultd the victim of the victim H by openly insulting the victim of the victim’s “spatch” while the victim’s three persons, such as J, etc. hear from the victim, on the ground that the victim H puts his/her life in a water tank and water was protruding to the Defendant’s face and part of the water.

2. On October 8, 2016, the Defendant discovered that the victim F (the age of 64) was seated in the place indicated in the above paragraph 1-B on October 8, 2016, and that the victim F (the age of 64) was able to sit in, and assault the victim in line with the victim’s left-hand sphere by walking the sphere of plastic material that is placed on the right side of the victim and walking the sphere to the sphere.

3. On October 8, 2016, at around 10:18, the Defendant expressed questions to the Defendant at the places indicated in the foregoing paragraph 1-B, and the security guards belonging to the Samyang Police Station, who called up after having received 112 reports, and asked the Defendant of the circumstances of the instant case. The Defendant expressed the Defendant’s inquiry by both hand, “I stroke, stroke, stroke, chewing, chewing, stroke, dead, and strokee.”

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in relation to the prevention, suppression and investigation of police officers' crimes.
