1. Around June 5, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter “I Dok Sympicization to the Internet website Liber.” On the Internet website, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim D, who reported and contacted the above article, stating that “I will send 245,000 won to the victim’s age-based campaign at the time of remittance,” despite having no intention or ability to send the said article, even if having received the payment.
The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 245,00 from the victim to the Agricultural Cooperative Account under the name of the Defendant (E).
The Defendant, from around that time to November 9, 2013, received a total of KRW 10,004,90 through the same method over 41 times, as shown in the attached Table 1 of Crimes List.

2. On May 13, 2013, the Defendant posted a letter on the Internet NAVV 204, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, 2013, that “I will sell Nak Kak Kaf Kaf Kaf Kaf Kaf Kaf Kaf,” and the Defendant sent this letter to the victim G 320,000 won to the Defendant’s account in the name of the Defendant (E).
However, even though the fact did not have the intention or ability to sell the age-based sports movement, it received 320,000 won from the victim G who believed it as a true and received 320,000 won from the above account from the victim G to the above account, and received 1,125,000 won from the victim as shown in the attached Table 2 of Crimes List 2.

3. On September 6, 2013, the Defendant received the third supplementary training ( September 26, 2013) in the name of the sixth unit commander of the Army No. 6339 unit in the name of the 6th unit commander of the Army, from the Defendant’s house located in the 206 Do-dong 204, Busan Northern-gu, Busan, and participated in the said supplementary training on September 26, 2013 without justifiable grounds.
