1. On August 3, 2013, the Defendants posted the phrase “I am for the sale of heavy bicycles” on the Internet website NVVER, and the fact that the Defendants, despite having no intent or ability to send the said goods even if having received the payment, concluded that “I will send the goods if I transfer KRW 100,000 to the victim G who reported and contacted the said article.”

As such, the Defendants were issued KRW 3,318,00 in total by the same 23 times from around that time to October 22, 2013, by deceiving the victim and receiving KRW 100,000 from the national bank account (H) in the name of Defendant B.

As a result, the defendants conspired to acquire the victims' property by fraud.

2. On March 12, 2013, Defendant A posted a notice on the Internet website “I will sell High and High and High Dines” on the Internet website, and the fact is false to the victim I who reported and contacted the above writing “I will send the goods if I remitted KRW 150,000.”

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received 150,000 won from the victim to the Busan Bank account (K) in the name of J, and acquired it by fraud.

3. On August 26, 2013, Defendant B posted a letter “to sell CEM bags” on the Internet website Nibera, and even upon receiving the price, Defendant B did not have an intent or ability to send the said product. However, Defendant B reported and contacted 140,000 won for the victim L who reported and contacted.
