Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 6, 2014, at around 16:15, the Defendant: (a) sought the victim D (year 61) who is the head of the management office of Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment Management Office, and had many management expenses; (b) sought to avoid the victim’s occupation while resisting the victim, the Defendant inflicted an injury upon the victim for 14 days of treatment, such as “the victim’s knives on the face of the face, the clive base, the base of the drilling, and the base of the clive base,” on the ground that he tried to avoid the victim’s occupation.
