Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person elected as the chairperson of the emergency countermeasures against the Busan East-gu B Apartment, and the victim C is a person serving as the head of the above apartment management office.

1. From around 11:00 on March 19, 2018 to around 12:00, the Defendant and D, along with D, find as follows: (a) in the above apartment management office, only the direction of E, which was the victim’s representative of the former apartment occupant, followed by the Defendant and D, on the ground that they do not comply with the Defendant and D’s demand; and (b) as in the Defendant and D, they find that “a person was dismissed from the office of management; (c)” was dismissed from the office of management; and (d) D interfered with the victim’s duties by force by force, such as threatening the victim’s drinking.

2. At around 12:00 on the same day as indicated in the above 1.1., the Defendant alone committed a single criminal offense by: (a) preventing the victim, who is the head of the management office, from opening an entrance by setting off the “F” car in front of the entrance, in order to prevent the victim from entering the management office, by leaving the entrance in front of the entrance; and (b) obstructing the victim’s duties, who is the head of the management office, by force.

3. At around March 19, 2018, the Defendant’s sole criminal defendant obstructed the business of the victim by force by setting locks to prevent the victim, who is the head of the management office, from entering the management office at the places specified in the foregoing paragraph 2.

4. At around 08:00 on March 28, 2018, the Defendant’s sole criminal conduct interfered with the victim’s duties by force by setting a “F” car parking a vehicle owned by the Defendant at the front of the entrance of the management office in order to prevent the victim, who is the head of the management office, from entering the place specified in the foregoing paragraph 2.
