Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a broker assistant of the “D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” located in Ulsan-gun C, Ulsan-si, U.S. operated by B.

A person who intends to run a brokerage business shall register the establishment of a brokerage office with the head of Si/Gun/Gu having jurisdiction over an area where he/she intends to establish a brokerage office.

Nevertheless, around November 26, 2012, the Defendant arranged a real estate sales contract with the seller's G, buyer H, and purchase price of KRW 300 million for Ulsan-si E (137 square meters) and F and six parcels (171.32 square meters) at the above D Licensed Real Estate Agent Office, and received KRW 5 million from H as a brokerage commission.

Accordingly, the defendant is running real estate brokerage business without being registered with the competent authorities.
