Punishment of the crime

On December 17, 2014, while under the influence of alcohol at 02:05, the Defendant driven a car from the road near a bus terminal located in the Jyang-gu, U.S.-si, Namyang-si, Jyang-si, to the 1549 Manyang-si, Jyang-si, the Defendant driven a car at the 40km section from around 150km-do to the front road.
