On April 25, 2015, at around 01:10, the Defendant driven a B Sti-type car under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 2 km from the 2km section to the front road of the Gosung Industrial Complex located in Jinnam-si, Jinyang-si, Jinnam-si to the Jin Industrial Complex located in Jindong-do 993.
