Punishment of the crime

On March 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment, 1 year of suspended execution, and 30,000 won of fine in the Seoul Northern District Court on March 29, 2016, due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) and the Guarantee of Automobile Compensation Act, and the judgment was finalized on February 23, 2017.

On June 29, 2016, around 08:50 on June 29, 2016, the Defendant driven approximately 10 meters from the 6-12 Do in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the 6-ro 6-12 Do in Hancheon-ro 6-ro 47-11, the same Gu without a motor device bicycle driver's license.
