Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 6, 2015, the Defendant driven C 124cc Maba in a section of about 1k meters from front of the Seongdong-gu Seoul, Seongdong-gu, Seoul to front of the Maba-dong Maba-ro, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul to the front road of the 137 Maba-dong market, without a motor device bicycle driver's license.
