On October 8, 2016, around 02:41, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle in the Escopian while under the influence of alcohol content of about 100 meters from the 3rd floor parking lot of D cafeteria located in Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si, to the 1st floor underground.
