A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

On July 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of road traffic law at the Daejeon District Court on July 10, 2008, and on June 27, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of seven million won for a violation of road traffic law at the Seosan Branch of the Daejeon District Court on June 27, 2014 and nine times of the same type of crime.

1. On December 26, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a ESA car without obtaining a driver’s license from the front side of the building from the front side of the building to the front side of the 1562-ro, Jin-si, Jin-si, 200, instead of 1562, from the front side of the building to the 16-lane, on December 26, 2017.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act, instead of purchasing mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, operated a ES car owned by the Defendant as above.

3. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (Refusal of measurement of drinking), the Defendant driven a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, such as the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) of this Article, while driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol at a place, and driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol by a police officer called out after receiving a report, and driving the vehicle under the influence of alcohol from G, such as the Defendant’s face is red-lighting and rhyming the horses by the Defendant.

For about 12 minutes of 12 minutes of time due to reasonable grounds, it was required to respond to the measurement of drinking by inserting the whole in a drinking measuring instrument three times.

Nevertheless, the Defendant refused to put the part of a drinking measuring instrument into a drinking measuring instrument, and failed to comply with a police officer’s request for a drinking test without justifiable grounds.
